Complete Story includes up to six consecutive hours across three Lake County locations. We confirm travel time, access, and the parts of the day you want covered before the booking.

Your photographs are delivered through a password-protected gallery, and your family decides who receives the link and password. Dearly Told does not use client photographs on the website, social media, or in advertising without separate written permission. Yes. Your family can exclude the casket, the person who died, particular guests, prayers, or private goodbyes. Casket or deceased-person photographs are included only when expressly requested and agreed in advance. Those choices are recorded in the coverage notes; they are never assumed on the day.

The current photography packages include a preview within 72 hours. The complete gallery is delivered within 14 business days for Quiet Presence, 15 business days for Full Remembrance, and 18 business days for Complete Story. Your written proposal confirms the deadline and any agreed variation.
