Quiet Presence starts at $1,800 and includes up to two consecutive hours at one primary location, at least 75 edited photographs, and private gallery delivery. Additional hours and locations have separate package options. We provide the full written price before you reserve a date.
Does your travel coverage include every Deerfield-area venue?
Please send the exact address for each part of the day. Travel within Lake County is included in the listed starting prices; any location outside Lake County is quoted before booking. We also check that the schedule fits your package’s consecutive hours and location allowance.
Can you follow our religious or cultural photography preferences?
We ask your family and officiant about the specific practices you want followed. Tell us about prayers, rituals, people, or spaces that must not be photographed. We do not assume permission based on a tradition’s name or on what another family has chosen.
Can the casket and the person who died remain unphotographed?
Yes. Neither is included unless your family expressly requests it and the plan is agreed in advance. You can choose photographs of guests, flowers, tributes, and family connections without including the casket or private goodbyes.
Can we include family portraits without interrupting the service?
Yes. We can agree on a brief window before or after the ceremony, subject to the venue schedule and your family’s wishes. A short list of groups helps us work efficiently; portraits are optional, not a requirement of the package.
